Terrible Air Asia

i am seriously pissed off with airasia! i tried to book since last week for my family's flight ticket coming to KL and back to Kuching. but every time when i click on the button "payment", it will straight away pop out one message "your card has been declined by our system, please try again later". i was like shit lah you guys! i need to book the ticket urgently since my graduation day will be on next coming Saturday!! i'm warning you air asia. better improve your services before more people decide to travel with Malindo airways.
